We’re looking for a motivated Technical Recruitment Intern (Female) to join our growing recruitment team. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters to source, screen, and coordinate top talent for roles across the IT industry and gain hands-on experience in the complete hiring cycle. This is internship-leading-to-job opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, including software developers, QA engineers, and IT specialists.
- Post job ads on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Review resumes to match candidates to job descriptions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide support in the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for technical roles.
- Fresh to 6 months of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
