Join Loxone – a global leader in intelligent building automation – and help shape the next generation of smart-home and smart-building professionals. We’re expanding our US team and looking for a Partner Coach to help grow our presence in California.

As part of our growing US operation, you’ll be a main point of contact for our partners in the West. You’ll play a central role in helping Loxone Partners fulfill their projects and win more jobs.

Your Duties

  • Develop and expand business with 40-50 Loxone installers
  • Act as the point person for sales, planning, installation, and configuration of smart buildings
  • Perform technical support through phone calls, online tickets, and screen sharing
  • Provide structured feedback to Marketing and Development

Your Profile

  • Background in electrical, low-voltage, IT/networking, or building automation.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and act as an engaging communicator
  • High energy, adaptable, and eager to learn quickly.
  • Team player with a hands-on mindset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including a 3-week onboarding bootcamp in Austria.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
