As a key member of our technical team, you'll bridge the gap between sales, engineering, and customers - designing and deploying intelligent surveillance solutions that make cities, businesses, and infrastructures smarter and safer.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement Proof of Concept (PoC) and production systems tailored to clients.
• Support sales and pre sales teams with technical scoping and solution design.
• Install, configure, and maintain the company's AI driven video analytics platform.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers.
• Troubleshoot and optimise systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance features and integrations.
• Share best practices and mentor team members to build technical excellence.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or architecture, ideally in tech or surveillance industries.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server setup, and system configuration; familiarity with VMS platforms is a plus.
• Hands on problem solver with great communication and client facing skills.
• Experience with SQL or databases is beneficial but not essential.
• Organised, detail oriented, and driven to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Degree in a relevant field and/or technical certifications preferred.
