Technical Support Engineer (CSR)

ISP Industry Experience Required

Location: Clifton 3 Talwar, Karachi

Job Description:

Must be well versed with the VLANs, Trunks, L2 Tunnels.
Configuration of routers, switches, OLT, ONU, ONT
Must be familiar with managed services concepts
P2P, MP2P and dark fiber knowledge would be plus point
Relationship and correspondence with other companies and clients
Email correspondence, running Teams
Familiar with FTTH, FTTC and GPON
Looking after current complaint resolution regarding network system.
Uses knowledge of_ LAN or MAN or WAN systems_ to help design and install internal and external networks.
Call user for network support and complaint system

Qualification and Experience

Experience: 03 -05 Yrs. BSCS / BSIT / BS – Telecom

Certification: CCNA Preferred
