Technical Support Specialist (Level 1)

We Are Hiring – Technical Support Specialist (Level 1) | Lahore

Are you passionate about telecom systems and technical operations? Do you have hands-on experience in Linux, VAS nodes, and international campaigns? This opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage & monitor Linux & Windows Servers along with system alarms/alerts
• Work with APIs and system integrations
• Handle VAS nodes (SMSC, SMS GW, USSD, MMS, SMPP, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day SMS NOC operations (customer/vendor)
• Perform trace capturing, troubleshooting & reporting
• Assist in developing dashboards and solutions
• Work in shifts with on-call responsibility
• Execute service configuration & activation as per plan

Must-Have Skills

• 5–6 years of experience in IT / Telecom / Mobile Networks
• Programming knowledge: .Net / PHP / Python
• Database expertise: MySQL / MS SQL Server
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Experience working on International Campaigns
