Job Title: Talkdesk Developer

Experience Required: 3+ Years
Engagement Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Minimum 2 hours per day)
Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Talkdesk Expert with 3+ years of hands-on experience to support, configure, and optimize Talkdesk contact center solutions. The role is flexible and open to full-time as well as part-time professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and manage Talkdesk Contact Center features
  • Support Talkdesk integrations with CRM and third-party tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Talkdesk-related technical issues
  • Optimize call flows, IVR, routing, and reporting
  • Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations
  • Provide guidance and best practices for Talkdesk usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet business requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Talkdesk Expert / Administrator
  • Strong understanding of Talkdesk Studio, IVR, Call Routing, and Reporting
  • Experience with Talkdesk integrations (CRM, APIs preferred)
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Engagement Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
  • Availability: Minimum 2 hours per day (for part-time)

Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Talkdesk certifications
  • Experience working in customer support or contact center environments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
