Eco Pure Technical Services LLC is looking for skilled and motivated technical staff to support residential and commercial building maintenance in Dubai. We are hiring for multiple roles:

• HVAC Technician
• AC Technician
• Electrical Technician
• Mechanical Technician
• Plumber Technician
• Civil Technician (Mason)
• Multi-Skilled Civil Technician
• Assistant Technician
• Senior Technician

Job Summary

Candidates will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations across various disciplines, supporting building operations, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Senior and multi-skilled staff will also supervise and mentor junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work for assigned disciplines (HVAC, AC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil)
• Assist senior staff or supervise junior staff, depending on the role
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Support renovation, fit-out, and in-unit maintenance projects
• Ensure compliance with HSE and safety standards
• Maintain records of work performed, tools, and materials used
• Coordinate with clients and report on completed work

Requirements

• Relevant experience in UAE, depending on the role:
• Assistant Technician: 1–3 years
• Technicians: 2–4 years
• Senior Technician: 4–6 years
• Hands-on experience in residential and commercial properties
• Technical knowledge in assigned field (HVAC, AC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Physical stamina for on-site work
• UAE driving license preferred for some roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, HVAC, or related field
• FM/HSE awareness or certification is an advantage
