Technician, Paint Shop Process

This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, chemicals preparation, paint controls and preparation, sealers controls, dirt analysis, process checking and assessment to achieve the production targets.

Key Functional Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks and implement safety measures to ensure all components adhere to the required safety, quality standards and specifications to prevent accidents or hazards.
• Escalate to the Team Leader or Group Leader for any non-compliance observed.
• Support the process PCP and implements reaction plan when parameters are not according to the PCP and keep records of KPI defines in the area.
• Participate in PSP and all troubleshooting tools develop to resolve problems and continue improvement.
• Check records of every new batch of material added to the production line, certificates of analysis and any other register that support material traceability.

Education

Technical High School, or Diploma in Chemistry, Mechanics, Electrical, Mechatronic or any related field.

Experience

2 Years of Minimum experience in Automotive Paint Shop Process team, Dirt control analysis experience is required.
