Are you a personable and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a versatile Telecaller / Receptionist to manage the data verification of our builder leads while simultaneously serving as the primary point of contact at our office.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who can meet telecalling targets and maintain the organization of our office as a professional receptionist.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Telecalling Duties

  • Make outbound calls to builders / developers to validate and confirm the information recorded by our data collectors.
  • Record any discrepancies found during the data verification process.
  • Report leads that seem highly promising for Business Development to the Sales Team.
  • Meet daily / weekly call-volume and verification targets.

B. Receptionist Duties

  • Warmly welcome and receive visitors, builders, and clients at the office.
  • Answer incoming calls on the main line; accurately direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Handle basic administrative / reception duties, such as:
  • Managing visitor logs, deliveries, and mail/courier.
  • Organizing receipts (if required).
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, or site-visit calls, as required.
  • Handle basic email correspondence (e.g., confirming meetings or passing on visitor messages).

Requirements / Skills

  • Excellent Spoken Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, especially over the phone (Impeccable phone etiquette is critical).
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport with builder / developer contacts.
  • Good Listening Skills and Attention to Detail: Able to quickly pick up discrepancies in data.
  • Basic Computer Literacy: Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, and preferably experience with CRM software.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in telecalling / customer service is preferred.
  • Professional Demeanor: Pleasant and professional in-person manner (crucial for the receptionist part).
  • Good Time Management: Ability to smoothly handle both calling tasks and front-desk responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Educational Qualification: High school diploma or above.
  • Bonus Experience: Any relevant experience in the Real Estate / Construction space is a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
