Job Summary

SDS HOMZ is looking for a smart, confident female Telecaller to handle inbound & outbound calls, follow up with clients, and support the sales team by booking meetings and generating qualified leads for construction and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain SDS HOMZ construction & interior services.
• Handle incoming inquiries from WhatsApp, calls, and website leads.
• Follow up with warm leads and convert them into appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead records, and follow-up schedules in Google Sheets/CRM.
• Ensure excellent customer handling with a polite and professional tone.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidate only
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / customer service / sales calling (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
