This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele calling Executive, located in Dubai. The Tele calling Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to provide information about current and upcoming real estate projects, answering client inquiries, and managing appointments. The role involves maintaining client databases, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain company products, services, and real estate projects.
  • Identify and overcome customer objections through active listening, persuasive communication, and solution-oriented responses.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and sales leads in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on real estate project details, pricing, availability, and market trends to effectively answer customer questions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, nurture relationships, and address any post-interaction concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into site visits or closures.
  • Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets set by the team lead or manager.
