Tele Marketing Executive

Job Description –

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, presenting our products/services, and driving conversions through effective communication. This role requires a confident caller with good persuasion and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers for product promotion.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and track lead status.
• Follow a structured calling script while maintaining a natural conversation flow.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

• Skills & Requirements:
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to engage customers and handle objections confidently.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM tools.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
