Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our property brokerage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential buyers, sellers, and tenants over the phone, generating qualified leads, and driving conversions for property sales and rentals. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, showcasing our portfolio of residential and commercial properties and supporting the overall sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote property listings and services.
Convert inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, property portals, and referrals into qualified leads.
Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties within our portfolio.
Provide detailed information about available listings, pricing, amenities, and property features.
Schedule and coordinate property viewings and follow up to close deals in coordination with field sales agents.
Maintain and update client information, call records, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and call conversion targets.
Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service (experience in real estate brokerage preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in [English / Amharic].
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with property portals (e.g., MagicBricks, 99acres, Bayut, Property Finder, etc.) is an advantage.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
