Job Summary

We’re seeking a persuasive and results-oriented Tele-Sales Representative to drive outbound sales efforts, engage potential clients, and convert leads into long-term customers. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, quick-thinking, and passionate about delivering value through Connexis’ cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce Connexis products and services
• Qualify leads, understand client needs, and pitch tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager
• Collaborate with the business development team to refine outreach strategies
• Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and sales scripts
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships to close deals
• Represent Connexis with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction

Requirements

• Graduation from a reputed University in business or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales or customer service (tech or B2B preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in Urdu; proficiency in English is a plus
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a hunger for success
