We are seeking dynamically skilled Tele Sales Representative with excellent communication abilities. Candidates should possess a neutral or American accent with strong grammar and pronunciation. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of customer service experience and is comfortable handling both inbound sales and customer support in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to suppliers to confirm equipment pricing and availability.
  • Inbound Sales: Handle inbound customer sales inquiries, assisting clients with product selection, pricing, and availability.
  • Customer Contact: Reach out to customers if equipment is unavailable, offering alternatives and upselling where applicable.
  • Data Updates: Maintain and update supplier accounts and pricing in the Keystone software system.
  • Collaboration: Communicate equipment or pricing changes with the strategic partnerships team.
  • Supplier Relations: Build familiarity with key suppliers to ensure adequate equipment coverage.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to suppliers and customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing concerns and inquiries effectively.
  • Training: Participate in equipment education and training workshops provided by the client.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of customer service and/or inbound sales experience, preferably in a BPO or call center.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a neutral or American accent.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to handle inbound sales inquiries, upsell, and close sales effectively.
  • Tech Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of various cloud-based software and applications, including Keystone.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to multitask, work both independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shifts: Willingness to work rotating shifts between 5 PM and 5 AM.
  • Motivation: A self-starter who is passionate about delivering superior customer service and driving sales.
