Telecaller – Interior Design

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, understand client requirements, provide information about our services, and schedule appointments with our interior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Explain our interior design services, packages, and offerings clearly
• Schedule appointments or site visits for the design team
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in telecalling / sales (interior design experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle objections and close leads
• Good record-keeping and follow-up skills

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Additional certification in sales, communication, or interior-related fields is an advantage
