Job description:

Responsible for making and receiving calls to interact with customers, provide information, and generate leads. The primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

  • Outbound Calls: Make proactive calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, generate interest, and drive sales.
  • Inbound Call Handling: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up requirements in CRM systems.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve sales or engagement goals.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Communication: Clear and concise communication to effectively convey information and build rapport.
  • Active Listening: Pay attention to customer concerns and respond appropriately.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation: Influence customer decisions and handle objections confidently.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Time Management: Manage high call volumes while meeting deadlines requires excellent organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Education: a degree in sales/marketing is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,119.19 - ₹31,852.48 per month
