Job description:
Responsible for making and receiving calls to interact with customers, provide information, and generate leads. The primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Outbound Calls: Make proactive calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, generate interest, and drive sales.
- Inbound Call Handling: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up requirements in CRM systems.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve sales or engagement goals.

Requirements:
- Education: a degree in sales/marketing is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
