Apollo Executives is hiring a Telecommunications Team Member in King of Prussia. This role focuses on fiber and wireless connectivity, supporting customer acquisition and service coordination for the Verizon FiOS campaign.

What Will I Be Doing as a Telecommunications Team Member?
- As a Telecommunications Team Member, you will promote Verizon FiOS fiber and wireless services through structured outreach, driving awareness and interest across assigned zones.
- As a Telecommunications Team Member, help customers understand service options and recommend packages that match their connectivity needs, usage habits, and budget.
- Coordinate account setup and documentation to ensure accurate enrollment, activation readiness, and installation scheduling.
- Maintain CRM records by logging customer interactions, service milestones, and account updates to support campaign tracking.
- Monitor customer feedback and usage trends to identify upgrade opportunities and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and fellow Telecommunications Team Members to resolve service issues, streamline onboarding, and uphold Verizon’s standards for customer care.
What Do Telecommunications Team Members Bring to the Table?
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, business, or technology is a plus.
- Experience in telecom, customer support, or technical outreach—especially in fiber, wireless, or subscription-based services.
- Strong technical aptitude and communication skills, with the ability to explain service options and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and digital tools, with a focus on accurate data entry, account tracking, and service documentation.
- Adaptable and goal-driven, able to manage multiple priorities, meet outreach benchmarks, and thrive in performance-based environments.

Pay: $880.00 - $1,290.00 per week
