Job Overview:

A highly motivated Telemarketing Specialist is needed to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for our agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong background in sales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to the company’s real estate services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads by following up with prospects and nurturing relationships.
• Schedule appointments for agents to meet with potential clients.
• Keep accurate records of all calls, leads, and appointments in the database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving lead generation and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate with potential clients.
   

Requirements:
 

• Knowledge of the real estate industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
