Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads related to construction and interior projects.
• Engage with potential customers over phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Book appointments with clients for site visits or consultations.
• Clearly describe service packages (construction, interior design, turnkey solutions).
• Build trust and rapport to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain CRM records of calls, appointments, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth handover of confirmed clients.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Prior telesales or customer service experience (real estate/interior background preferred).
• Ability to explain packages and handle objections confidently.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on lead conversion.
• Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business).
