About the Role

The Telesales Executive is responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over phone calls to promote and sell Truesence’s products and services. The role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, presenting product solutions, and achieving sales targets through effective communication. The Telesales Executive will also contribute to customer satisfaction, and overall business growth of Truesence by maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell Truesence’s products and services.

● Handle inbound inquiries, providing detailed information and converting leads into sales.

● Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and deliver effective sales pitches.

● Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

● Follow up on warm leads and build long-term customer relationships through consistent engagement.

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the organization.

● Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and promotions to customers.

● Handle objections and resolve customer queries in a professional and persuasive manner.

● Share customer feedback and market insights with management to improve products, services, and sales approaches.

Compensation & Benefits

● Salary Range: ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
