Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote real estate projects
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments for the sales team
• Provide accurate information about properties, prices, and project details
• Maintain and update client databases
• Follow up with clients to ensure high conversion rates
• Meet daily and monthly call targets set by management

Requirements:

• Previous telesales or customer service experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong spoken English skills
• Confident phone communication and persuasive selling ability
• Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
• Basic knowledge of UAE real estate market is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
