Role Overview

As an Academic Counselor/ Telesales Executive, you’ll guide aspiring learners in choosing the right upskilling programs to advance their careers. You’ll play a key role in shaping their professional journey while achieving your own growth and targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with 80–100 potential learners daily via calls and video consultations
• Understand their educational background and career goals
• Provide consultative counseling to recommend suitable courses
• Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in the CRM
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales and counseling strategies

Who Can Apply

• Fresh graduates eager to begin a career in EdTech, counseling, or inside sales
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in B2C sales, EdTech, or related fields
• Strong communicators who are fluent in English and Hindi
• Energetic, ambitious, and target-driven individuals

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory
• Prior sales or EdTech experience is a plus — freshers are fully trained!
