We’re Hiring: Telesales Executive (B2B Sales)
Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site)
Salary: Upto ₹6 LPA (plus performance-based incentives up to 20% of base salary)
Experience: 3–5 years in B2B Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales (UK & US client experience preferred)
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (GMT)
Qualification: Graduate – BBA / BCom / MBA (preferred)

OTR Direct is a UK-based logistics and distribution company connecting leading FMCG and frozen food brands with major retailers, restaurants, and distributors across the UK.
As part of our continued growth, we’re expanding our India-based sales team and looking for an experienced and motivated Telesales Executive (B2B) to connect with UK customers, promote our product portfolio, and support our commercial team in driving growth.
Purpose of the Role:
The Telesales Executive will drive new and repeat business by engaging B2B customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and promoting suitable products and offers.
This role requires a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced, international environment.
