Telesales Executive

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and explain company products/services effectively over the phone.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Understand customer needs and offer the most suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads provided by the company or generated independently.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
