Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and generating sales leads. The role involves building customer relationships, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services and their benefits to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested customers to ensure sales conversion.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team for business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
