Key responsibilities

  • Customer outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain product features and benefits, and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
  • Inbound call handling: Answer incoming calls to assist customers, provide information, and handle complaints professionally.
  • Sales and lead generation: Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Data management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and update customer information in a CRM system.
  • Customer service: Resolve customer issues and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company scripts, policies, and guidelines.

Essential skills and qualifications
