Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller Executive responsible for making outbound calls, convincing clients to book demo slots, and handling coordination-related tasks. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain product/service details
  • Convince customers to schedule a demo appointment
  • Follow up with leads, track response, and ensure demo conversions
  • Coordinate demo schedules between clients and internal team
  • Manage client queries and provide necessary information
  • Maintain call logs, lead reports, and CRM data
  • Support the sales team with lead pipeline updates and follow-ups
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, persuasion & presentation skills
  • Ability to convince customers and handle objections
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / reporting
  • Fluent in Hindi & English (Gujarati preferred)
  • Customer-oriented, positive attitude & target-driven approach
  • Strong coordination & follow-up ability

Qualification:

  • HSC / Graduate in any stream
  • Experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales will be an advantage

Pay: ₹8,098.24 - ₹20,000.00 per month
