Tele Sales – Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain a positive and professional communication tone.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database/CRM.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Coordinate with the sales team and report daily activities to the supervisor.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
