Telesales Executive (Hindi)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company offerings and promotions.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and previous interactions.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Update CRM/lead management systems with customer interactions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
• Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
