Telesales Executive (Hindi & Gujarati Speaking)

We’re seeking a motivated, sharp, and customer-focused Telesales Executive with hands-on experience in the fintech or loan industry. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our brand — reaching out to potential business owners, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right lending solutions. What You’ll Do

• Engage potential customers through outbound calls and clearly explain our business loan offerings.
• Assess eligibility, understand business requirements, and qualify leads effectively.
• Manage inbound inquiries with accurate, up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintain exceptional understanding of our loan products to confidently answer questions.
• Consistently hit calling, conversion, and closure targets.
• Keep detailed call logs and update CRM systems accurately.
• Follow all compliance, quality, and company guidelines at every step.
• Coordinate with the field sales / internal teams for follow-ups and lead nurturing.

What We’re Looking For

• Fintech/loan/financial services experience is compulsory.
• Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is mandatory — additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to identify customer pain points and offer the right solutions.
• Excellent listening skills and a professional, confident phone presence.
• Understanding of basic financial concepts, loan processes, and credit parameters.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Knowledge of additional regional languages.
• Experience working with CRM and lead management systems.
