Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate a telesales team of X-Y agents.
- Develop and implement telesales plans, scripts and strategies to meet sales targets.
- Set and monitor KPIs and sales targets; track performance, analyze results, and report to senior management.
- Recruit, train and coach telesales staff; conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Maintain CRM/data records, ensure quality control, adherence to call-handling standards and compliance with company policy.
- Handle escalated customer concerns; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales campaigns and optimize lead generation & conversion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
- Minimum X years experience in telesales or inside sales; prior management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, team-management, coaching, and motivational abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, data analysis and report generation.
- Organized, target-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
