We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and investors to promote available properties and company services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, property features, pricing, and project details.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between clients and sales agents.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide consistent follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous telesales or customer service experience (real estate experience preferred not necessary).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
- Familiarity with MS Excel.
