Telesales Representative

Required Qualifications

• Experience: [3-5]+ years of proven, successful experience in a Telesales Executive, Inside Sales, or Business Development role, preferably in [Specify Industry, e.g., SaaS, Financial Services, B2B Technology].
• Track Record: Documented history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Aptitude: Proven ability to handle complex negotiations, manage objections professionally, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
