Job description:

Job Title:Business Development Executive ( Personal Leasing )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for vehicle leasing inquiries.
  • Promote company leasing plans and explain terms, benefits, and payment options to customers.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable leasing solutions.
  • Prepare and process leasing agreements in coordination with the finance and operations teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly leasing targets and conversion goals.
  • Update customer information and interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Stay up to date with vehicle models, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Requirements & Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in car leasing, automotive sales, or telesales.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer proficient, with knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Arabic speaking preferred (additional languages a plus).
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • UAE experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
