Knospe & Co LLP is a heritage restoration and conservation firm, incorporated in January 2014 in Delhi. We work on prestigious conservation and restoration projects in collaboration with Government departments and PSUs across India.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented “Tendering cum Planning Engineer (Civil)” (Graduate)” to join our team and contribute to our operations.

Role Overview

As a “Tendering cum Planning Engineer (Civil)” you will support the bidding of the various govt tenders and planning of the projects from start to end role is ideal for a recent graduate / experience graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in tendering and planning of the project from start to end in a professional environment..

Key Responsibilities

· Tendering:

o Preparing and submitting project bids based on client requirements and specifications.

o Collaborating with teams to gather technical, financial, and legal information for proposals.

o Conducting cost estimations and analyzing data to meet cost targets.

o Ensuring the submitted bid is accurate, compliant, and competitive.

· Planning:

o Developing and preparing project planning and design programs, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.

o Overseeing and tracking project progress against schedules and milestones.

o Implementing monitoring systems to ensure adherence to timelines.

o Coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications:

· Education: A degree in engineering (such as Civil, Architect ) or a related field is typically required.

· Experience: Experience in tendering, estimation, and project planning is necessary. Experience in government tendering can be an advantage for some roles.

· Skills:

· Technical knowledge relevant to the industry (e.g., construction, MEP).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Certifications: Certifications such as Primavera P6, PMP, or PSP can provide a competitive edge. OR Detail knowledge and experience of project managment

Experience:

· 4 to 8 years of experience

· Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply

Key Skills & Attributes:

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

· Proficiency / Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Canva or graphics tools)

· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

· You are assertive, focused, target-oriented, result-oriented and you convince us through a well-structured way of working

· You are Focused and require high quality in your work

· You are Dynamic and agile – working with more tasks simultaneously

· Willingness to relocate to South Delhi

· Male candidates only (due to frequent site travel)

· Candidates from outside Delhi are preferred.
