Job Purpose

To lead assigned territories by handling distributers and order bookers to achieve assigned targets and implementing sales strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Regional Key Account Managers (RKAMs) and Sales Support team to contribute to the route-to-market strategy for the allocated regions
  • Develop daily/weekly targets for distributors and retailers within the allocated region and meet regularly with the customers to track, monitor and report on the performance against the agreed targets
  • Work closely with distributors, wholesalers and retailers to identify any product related or sales related issues and provide feedback to the relevant team internally
  • Design Payment Journey Plans (PJPs) by monitoring and understanding assigned territories and route-to-market plans
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, provide assistance in resolving issues and collecting payments, and follow up with logistics to ensure delivery of products as per the agreed timelines
  • Visit stores to check stock levels and product expiry dates to ensure the availability of quality products in the market
  • Identify, pursue and build robust business relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers across the allocated Modern Trade Region
  • Identify and expand NFL’s presence in underserved markets within the Modern Trade Region using market intelligence from the wholesalers, retailers and Marketing team
  • Provide specific feedback to the RKAMs, QIRD and Marketing team on the performance of new and existing product categories or any product related issues that may arise in the region
  • Track, monitor and report on actual spend for the allocated region with details of any variances against the allocated regional budget
  • Attend regular reviews with the RKAMs to report actual sales vs allocated targets and highlight any issues that require support to achieve the agreed targets
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor performance and evolving consumer preferences
  • Prepare and submit regular management sales reports for the allocated region

Background Requirements

Education: Graduate

Experience: 2-4 years relevant experience preferred.

Grade: TM9
