Test Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in manual and automation

testing to lead our QA function. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in software

testing, with proven leadership in managing large QA teams, driving automation strategies, and ensuring delivery of high-quality enterprise applications.

Primary Skills

• 10–15 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
• Strong expertise in test management, planning, and strategy.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
• Proficiency in test tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Expertise in functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and security testing.
• Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, Rest Assured, Karate).
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation integration.
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA in DevOps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
