Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver subject-specific lessons for classes 6 to 10, according to the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.​
  • Design and implement lesson plans using engaging instructional strategies, digital resources, and a variety of teaching aids.​
  • Assess, record, and report students’ progress through tests, assignments, projects, and formative assessments.​
  • Create a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation, discipline, and inclusivity.​
  • Provide academic guidance, remedial support, and enrichment to students with diverse learning needs.​
  • Prepare students for internal and external assessments, including board exams where applicable.​
  • Collaborate with colleagues, participate in curriculum development, school events, and teacher training workshops.​
  • Maintain communication with parents regarding student performance and participate in parent-teacher meetings.​
  • Uphold school values, policies, and contribute to the holistic development of students, including co-curricular and extracurricular activities.​

Skill Sets

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject with B.Ed. from a recognized university.​
  • Sound subject knowledge and familiarity with CBSE curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment practices.​
  • Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.​
  • Ability to integrate technology, promote critical thinking, and adapt instruction for diverse learners.​
  • Team spirit, willingness to participate in school life, and a commitment to professional growth.

Job Type: Full-time
