Position Title: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Hindi
Department: Academics
Location: Bihar
Reports to: Academic Coordinator / Principal
Experience Required: 2–3 years in a teaching role
Qualification: Any Associate Degree (preferably with Hindi as a subject)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Learning

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons as per the curriculum.
• Enhance students’ proficiency in reading, writing, and spoken Hindi.
• Conduct regular class tests, assignments, and activities to assess learning.
• Promote creative writing, poetry recitation, and Hindi literature appreciation.

2. Student Development

• Identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement in language skills.
• Encourage participation in Hindi-related competitions and events.
• Provide guidance and support for projects and academic growth.

3. Administrative Duties

• Maintain lesson plans, attendance, and assessment records.
• Participate in staff meetings, school functions, and parent interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute co-curricular programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,484.11 per month

Work Location: In person
