Position Overview:
Thermicalenge LLC is looking for a highly capable Thermal Engineer to join its operations in Mesaieed. This role centers on the design, evaluation, and optimization of thermal systems used in industrial applications, ensuring performance efficiency and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze thermal systems including heat exchangers, HVAC systems, and energy processes
• Perform thermal simulations and calculations to improve system efficiency
• Monitor operational performance and recommend process enhancements
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
• Troubleshoot thermal and energy-related issues in plant operations
• Prepare technical reports, system documentation, and performance analyses
• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in thermal system design or industrial process environments
• Strong understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
• Proficiency in simulation tools such as ANSYS, MATLAB, or similar software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
• Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced industrial setting
