TikTok LIVE - Creator and Content Manager - Dubai (Chinese Speaking)

We are looking for an experienced Creator and Content Manager to join the TikTok LIVE operations team in Dubai. The role focuses on enhancing live streaming quality, training creators, and driving adoption of best practices in the MENA region.

Responsibilities

• Optimize overall live streaming quality across the MENA region by improving creators' streaming skills and visual quality.
• Study and summarize effective live streaming methodologies from Douyin, lead interns in analyzing top-tier live streams, and develop a localized methodology tailored to local creators.
• Provide one on one operational support and on site support to creators and agencies, showcase streaming technique improvements, and iteratively refine strategies.
• Drive large scale adoption of streaming techniques among all creators through educational initiatives, agency management, and marketing efforts to elevate overall live streaming quality.
• Collaborate with the recommendation team to enable machine learning for high quality content features, building data feature recognition capabilities for streaming techniques and visual quality.

Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in written and oral communication in Chinese, English, and Arabic.
• At least 3 years of experience in product strategy in technology companies, with strong logical thinking, structured problem solving skills, and excellence in teamwork and communication.
• Based in Dubai, regularly watch live streams or short form video content.
