Job Title: TikTok Live Operator & Host – $20 - $25/hr

Location: Koreatown, Los Angeles, CA

Type: Part-time, In-Person (Up to 20 hours/week)

Pay: $20 - $25/hour (Direct pay, weekly).

Opening: 1 position

Start Date: January 2026 (must be available late December for training)

About the Role:

Kirby Kosmetics is hiring one TikTok Live Host to join our fast-growing team in Koreatown! This role combines 2+ days/week hosting on camera, and occasional operator support (behind the scenes during the Lives. We’re looking for someone with hosting experience, driven, hands-on, and excited to grow with the brand—not just work for it. If you're passionate about beauty, sales, and entrepreneurship, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Host TikTok Lives (2+ days/week): confidently sell and engage on camera
• Take notes on performance, help improve live flow and sales
• Stay open to coaching and sales training
• Bring positive energy and take initiative where needed

Who You Are:

• Comfortable on camera and energized by a live audience
• Organized, reliable, and responsive
• Entrepreneurial mindset — willing to put in extra work and grow with the brand
• Familiar with TikTok and social media, or a fast learner
• Experience hosting sales Lives
• Based in LA and available 3 days/week in Koreatown
• Ready to train in December 2025, begin in January 2026
