Job Summary:

We are Looking a proactive and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Account Manager to manage and grow our presence on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing e-commerce accounts, especially on TikTok, with a deep understanding of performance marketing, content collaboration, and product lifecycle management on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the TikTok Shop account including product listings, promotions, campaigns, and inventory sync.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators for UGC and brand awareness.
• Execute TikTok paid ad strategies (CPI, ROAS-driven).
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Maintain TikTok Shop compliance and resolve any operational issues.
• Track performance metrics: CTR, CVR, ROI, and generate regular reports.
• Coordinate with customer service for timely issue resolution and positive customer feedback.
• Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure branding consistency.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in TikTok Shop or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, creator marketplace, and ad management.
• Hands-on experience with product uploads, content ideation, and campaign execution.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, TikTok analytics, etc.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
