Job Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Setup & Optimization

• Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and best practices.

Product Listing & SEO

• Create and optimize product listings with SEO-driven content.
• Upload high-converting product descriptions, images, and videos.

Marketing & Sales Growth

• Develop strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and sales.
• Run TikTok Ads & influencer marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with creators for product promotions.

Order & Inventory Management

• Ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Work with suppliers and warehouses for stock management.

Customer Support & Compliance

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and reviews.
• Ensure the store remains in good standing with TikTok policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a TikTok Shop from A to Z.
• Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and ads.
• Experience with influencer collaborations and UGC content.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize for higher conversion rates.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
