Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Tiles Foreman / Site Supervisor to oversee tiling and renovation works across multiple sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in tile installation, site coordination, and workforce supervision, along with a valid UAE driving license to manage multiple project locations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site tiling works including floor, wall, marble, and ceramic tile installations.
• Ensure all tiling activities are carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks for tiling teams and ensure proper allocation of manpower.
• Inspect surface preparation, tile alignment, grouting, and finishing quality.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Resolve site issues and maintain discipline, productivity, and quality workmanship.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers for smooth workflow.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and site updates.
• Ensure site safety regulations and housekeeping are strictly followed.
• Manage material requisitions, usage, and stock control.
• Attend client and site meetings and provide professional technical support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Tiles Foreman or Site Supervisor in fit-out and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and surface preparation methods.
• Proven ability to manage tile installers, helpers, and labor teams effectively.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and measurements.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
