Role Purpose
Track and record the hours worked by all personnel on-site, ensuring accurate payroll. Maintain detailed records of employee attendance, overtime, and shift changes, providing essential data for project scheduling and resource management.
Key Accountabilities

Accurately track and record the work hours of all site personnel, including regular hours, overtime, and absences.

Prepare and submit timesheets to the payroll department, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages to workers.

Organize and manage timekeeping data in a systematic manner, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accessible for audits or reports.
Work closely with HR and payroll teams to ensure alignment of records for accurate wage processing and compliance with labor policies.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

High school, diploma or equivalent is often the minimum requirement.

A diploma or degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field can be advantageous.

1–3 years of experience in a timekeeping or payroll position, preferably within the construction industry or similar environments.

Prior experience with time-tracking software, spreadsheets (Excel), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Experience handling administrative tasks on a live construction site, with an understanding of the workflows, labor shifts, and multi-tasking environment for roads , infrastructure works.
