Duties & Responsibilities
- To control attendance of employees in Project.
- To have an up to date list of employees in the Project.
- To fill and maintain the daily time cards for employees.
- To prepare a daily attendance sheet indicating the absentees / sickness / hospitalization of employees on that day, for Head of Department’s perusal.
- To maintain a record of arrival / transfer / attendance / absentees / sickness / leave / overtime / hospitalization / absconding on daily basis.
- To keep a record of sickness / accidents of employees.
- To prepare monthly attendance/time sheets of staff and workers and send the same HR Department after approval of the Project In Charge.
- To report an employee absconding after employee continuous absence without information of employees whereabouts.
- To reconcile the employees list with Personnel Department on monthly basis.
- To prepare clearance of resigned and terminated employees.
- To prepare the leave application for the employees.
- To prepare transfer memo for the employees in coordination with Project In Charge.
- To prepare Disciplinary Notice for Absenteeism / Safety violation / Misconduct etc.
- Maintenance of site attendance records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Possess communication skills in English, Urdu, Hindi and proficiency in Arabic language is an additional skill
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications.
- 3 years or more of experience in a similar position particularly in the field of Administration in Contracting Companies.
