What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Searches, copies, and examines recorded documents that affect title using online search platforms and/or traveling to the Register of Deeds offices to prepare, including but not limited to, title commitments, letter reports, title insurance policies, final letter reports, and invoices
  • Prepares and issues gap, closing, and final gap searches
  • Auditing and proofing title related products, including but limited to, title commitments, letter reports, title insurance policies, final letter reports, and invoices

  • Prepares monthly reports for internal and external customers showing market data collected from the county Register of Deeds Offices

  • Back up support for Title Assistant position when needed

  • Back up support for Title Researcher position when needed

  • Back up support for Inspections and Construction Draw processing when needed

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a proven track record in customer service
  • Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required
  • A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential in the teller role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
