Role and Responsibilities
- Reviewing TSGs and two-owner title products related to foreclosure files in California and Nevada and providing summaries to clients. Requesting and reviewing TSG amendments and endorsements at certain milestones in the foreclosure timeline.
- Reviewing each exception referenced on the product for accuracy. Addressing any discrepancies with the title company and providing the client with a detailed summary.
- Where applicable identifying and disclosing title issues to client with a suggested resolution. In some instances an attorney review will be needed to determine the best course of action.
- Identifying documents of record commonly related to our industry such as Deeds of Trust, Assignments, Appointments, Reconveyances, Foreclosure Notices, Tax Sales, HOA Liens, Mobile Homes, Judgments, Anti-Terrorism Liens, IRS Liens, Death Certificates, Probate.
- Monitor title curative files that are have pending title resolution matters to ensure forward movement.
- This includes following up with our firm’s title curative team and documenting internal case-management systems in conjunction with client systems.
- Clients systems (LoanSphere/LPS and TEMPO)
- Responsibilities include completing or re-projecting events with pertinent details, responding to intercoms or comtags.
- Communication - verbally and in written form
- This includes calling title, calling client or escalating matters to management or an attorney.
- Answer phone calls.
- This includes client calls, borrower calls, vendor calls, interested party calls.
- Other duties as requested by team lead or management to help with current workloads.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High School Diploma
Preferred Skills
The ability to work in a small fast paced, deadline driven, team environment with knowledge in the title field and foreclosure/trustee industry. The ideal candidate is a person with excellent problem solving skills, an understanding of TSG products, foreclosure mailing requirements, and the ability to identify potential titles issues. The ability to clearly communicate with team members, management and client’s in a detailed and professional manner. Being familiar with LoanSphere/LPS and TEMPO systems is helpful but not required. Great verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, detailed oriented and ability to stay organized.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
